here at innoventive, we deliver property management services across london; services include cleaning, maintenance and security.
not only do we operate in these specific areas, but we also help our clients problem solve and project manage. an example being recently finding a property in the square mile for a new client whilst also assisting with their archiving needs in bringing over 12,000 boxes together from across the uk to one london location. we help landlords and managing agents to deliver the best quality and efficiency in building services and also present their buildings in the best possible way to assist in selling commercial space.

i took part in the simplyhealth great manchester 10k run to raise awareness for great ormond street hospital. i was delighted to achieve my 'personal best' whilst also supporting the manchester community after the arena bombing devastated the city only 7 days prior.
​
our team members also contribute to the charity sector raising money for cancer research uk having trained hard over 8 weeks to jump into the boxing ring at a charity event recently with great local support.
whilst the restaurant and hospitality sector is slowly finding it's way back, we continue to expand our operation across london with offices, retail outlets and members clubs who have come alive once again. it is a busy time all round, with our mayfair operation; 'mayfair contract services' springing back to life.

another renowned prestigious brand to trust our mayfair contract service delivery is the royal automobile club where we deliver a daily 5 star cleaning service at the exclusive members club in pall mall, st. james and at their leisure facility in epsom, surrey; we are excited to see them returning after lockdown!
